INTERACTIVE PICTURE. The image above provides access to 25 others. Of these, 15 icons and frescoes can be enlarged: in the Iconostasis (upper row & lower row), on the walls and in the Apse. All persons depicted on the icons in the iconostasis are life size. Orientation: the wall with the Iconostasis in the center is the East wall, the wall to the right the South wall. Starting at the left, move your mouse over the mural with the Annunciation. Your mousepointer arrow will change into a hand / label. Anytime that happens, you can click to see an enlarged image.
        From left to right you can enlarge in the East wall to the left : The Annunciation, in the Iconostasis upper row : St. Peter, Archangel Michael, the Theotokos, The Savior, St. John the Forerunner, Archangel Gabriel, and St. Paul, in the Iconostasis lower row : The Mother of God Hodegetria, and Our Lord Jesus Christ, in the East wall to the right : The Meeting (The Presentation of Jesus in the Temple), in the South wall : The Wedding in Cana, and Jesus walking on the water, in the Apse : Mother of God Platytera, and God Almighty.
        Note: You can lower the light inside the Apse by clicking in the middle of it where indicated by the hand / label.
